Picture and sound pause losing content.

Since installation I've had numerous TV pauses - usually 5 to 8 seconds.  Have restarted cable receiver, still getting the problem.  Anyone else, or do I have a sick unit?

mac.harper - I believe your problem is caused by a momentary lack of signal, which could be anywhere.
If you have another box, swap the two. If it follows the box call for a new one.

If not - does the RG broadband light blink red. If Yes it is the RG or upstream towards the VRAD. Call for remote test.

If no do you have COAX. Can you bypass any COAX with cat5 (as a test) or permanently. What is your in house wiring?
