Paying Bill Online

I have been trying to access online bill pay for 3 days and have had the same "Sorry! We are experiencing an error" and will be back up soon. I have not been able to reach anybody online and refuse to pay a late fee for this bill because there is an error on your end. When will it be fixed. ?  Is this occurring for everyone?

I just tried and am having no issues logging into the AT&T site.  Try this link.  If you still can't log in try clearing your cookies and cache and try again.

The only thing I can suggest is you send a Private Message to the AT&TCustomerCare customer service team. They will reply back with a PM (blue envelope in the top right of the page). Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time.
