Not a Satisfied customer!!! Suggestions...

I am a busy mother of a child that will be 1 in 16 days.  Ive been with Att for over a year and all of my awards that were promised to me either over the phone or in email have not been sent to me. Any extra money that comes my way or that will help me save a dollar is great. And for ATT customer service specialist over rewards to tell me that there is nothing he can do is B*******!!! Im so extremely mad that I am looking for a new internet service provider immediately. I hate company that never honor things regardless of how long its been. Ive been with you for over a year and you cant offer  me anything. Great help..

K williams911, are you referring to awards or promotion discounts?
As stated had service for over a year, I suspect your 1 year promotion has expired and all now being charged normal pricing per TOS.
The rep you would have spoke with ddeals with new customer promotions, not existing customers and would not be able to assist as cliamed.

If you wish to enter another one year promotion contract, please call and ask for RETENTIONS, this department deals with existing customers, and can offer new discount(s) saving you some money (desired goal).

Best to you ans yours this year.
