No Internet for a MONTH!!!!
How does this company have any customers!!!! I have been without Internet for a MONTH!!!! I have had a technician scheduled TWICE and no one has bothered to show up. The excuse is "we're sorry, there was a glitch in the system". Then I get a text message that says your service has been repaired. Are you kidding me!!! I will never recommend AT&T to anyone!!!!! If my internet is not fixed this week I will be more than happy to pay Hughes Net their ridiculous price for internet service just so I can cancel my service with this joke of a company!!!! I have never had this much trouble with ANY company I have done business with.

Since this is a technical issue that remains unresolved after reasonable attempts to go through TS, I recommend that you contact AT&T U-verse Care via Private Message.  This is a group of technical experts who can escalate the solution of your problem when TS is unsuccessful.  Include your contact information and the pertinent details of your problem, and then watch the little blue envelope at the upper right of your screen--they will usually reply within 1-2 business days.

We're in the same boat. We sheduled services to be transfered but nothing has been done. It's been weeks now and we've contacted AT&T every day and they give us the same answers. They tell someone'a going to look into it, but they can't even give us a date when that'll happen. We live downtown Dallas lesa than a mile from their headauarters.

What else can we do to get these people to turn on our service? The is worse than living in a 3rd world country. They are by FAR the worst company for customer service. The absolute WORST!!!
