Newly constructed neighborhood, not in Uverse database

I recently located to Pflugerville TX, 78660. This is U-verse country...but my neighborhood is under construction, my home was among the earliest completed, unfortunately I am being denied U-verse service because customer service can't find my address.

 

Here's the kicker, A U-verse terminal is on my Public Right of Way...in line of sight of my house.

 

How can I get U-verse?

 

I don't want Direct TV, whenever God farts the dish loses signal.

ATT basically uses the USPS data base, can you order phone service at this address?

if yes then just need Uverse database updated.

 

Call, request address verification. This hopefully will get someone to verify and update database.
Based on past posts expected about two weeks for validation.

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the ATTU-verseCare Community Specialist team.  One of the specialists will respond to your PM shortly.  Please look for the flashing envelope at the top right of the page for your response from a team member.

 

They can research your address and if available help you set up the install order.

I agree with mythoughts and BeeBee. Since your home is so new, our database should need to be updated. You can either call in our send a PM to U-Verse Care and we should create an address validation request for you. If all we need to do is update our database to show that your address is indeed eligible for U-Verse service, you should hear something back fairly quickly.
