Never received my $50 award card.

AT&T says they tried to deliver my Award Card but I wasn't home.  Anybody else heard this baloney?  I guess they don't know about US Mail.....

Contact ATT Customer Care here:
http://forums.att.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage/tab/compose/note-to-user-id/192773

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your award card problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm EST, response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page for their reply. Good luck Smiley Wink

AT&T does not "deliver" your card personally.  They mail it.  You can check your reward status here: https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx

"If you find this post helpful and it solved your issue please mark it as a solution.  This will help other forum members locate it and will also let everyone know that it corrected your problem. If they have the same issue they will know how to solve theirs"

Regular customer service reps will not be able to tell you where your reward card is unfortunately. You can check the status of it here: https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx. If you have trouble, you can contact our rewards center department directly to find out what happened with your reward card.
