I called your phone for the 3rd time now after getting off work and either your hours are wrong, or your phone system is messed up.
On your website it states open Mon-Friday 8a-7p LOCAL TIME this is either not the case or you need to specify what timezone that applies too.
Then i go to email you, only to not find and email address, and now you have wasted a total of 30min of my time with still no satisfaction. I plan to cancel my TV service and look for a different internet option immediatly.

If you still cannot get ahold of anyone, I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you. Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time. Please take into account weekends when contacting them.
