Major complaint with U-verse TV

I am new to the community.  I am not sure yet how to navigate and use it.  Please forgive me if this question has been posted already.

I want to file a compliant about my recent unacceptable conversations with customer support and incomplete information received when I ordered at&t U-verse television.  I can't find an email to file a complaint in the suppport section on at&t's website.  Does one exist?  If not, does anyone know the mailing address to file a complaint?

Thanks,

Katrina W

Re: Major complaint with U-verse TV

I to am having problems. My main problem is the customer service. I have had three appointments that techs have not shown up for in the last two days. Customer service in tech support has given me nothing but the run around. I would like to talk to someone who can actually make a decision and take care of a customer instead of transferring them to yet one more person that can't help.

mark9201: I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at AT&T Customer Care, and someone will get in touch with you.  They are way beyond normal Customer Service.

Re: Major complaint with U-verse TV

Okay here it is. I have had many problems when I try to order a movie. Almost everytime I watch one it pixalates or just stops and says something like movie unwatchable. I called the company probably 20 times with 3 visits to my house. It did help a little but still cant watch a movie all the way through. I want out of my service so I can have a less stressful life. I really like to watch movies but do this ATT andmore.

goose212121, please click this AT&T logoU-verse Customer Service link to send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T customer service team to help you resolve your issues with your TV service. You can expect a reply via return PM (the blue envelope envelopein the upper right hand corner of this site) in a business day or three.

This is a group of U-verse service specialists who are knowledgeable about U-verse and will stay with your problem until the end (instead of forgetting about it when the phone hits the cradle). Speed things up by including your Billing Account Number, and the best time and way to reach you.
