I've been having the same issues with loosing my internet connection...again. They ran a test on my lines and found a problem there. A technician came out about 2 weeks ago and repair some lines but now it's doing it again. Not as bad though. By any chance does the ATT Uverse do any updates on lines at night? The lights are flashing green and sometimes the broadband turns a solid red. It will last for about 2 minutes, then turns a solid green. I notice when this happens is when my grandson gets on his iphone for any reason. The broadband light is red now, hopefully I can post this. This is very annoying but I know it will be fixed. Thanks for your help.

Please download UV Realtime, install it, and post screenshots of the IP/Profile tab, Bitloading tab, and Error Table tab.

Without info provided by uvrealime cannot offer any advice other than continuing tech dispatchs...perhaps something might show to assist in pointing to issue...
Type of RG? Time of day related?, weather related? Dwelling, single family home, aparment, condo? How connected, coax, quad phone, cat3, cat5?
Jack replaced? Power supply replaced? How is power supplied, direct to wall or by outlet strip? Any wiring near florescent or CFL light? Microwave, 2.4 ghz phone, wireless headsets, etc. Port been swapped? Ham radio?, only in evening?, only in daytime?, anytime? Ac outlet circuit? Grounded? RG on same circuit as refrigerator, freezer, anything with motor such as treadmill? When something (lights, fan, microwave) turned on?
Bottom line if working when tech is there and drops sometimes after, what is changing to induce suspected errors,turning on computer monitor, or tower pc, stereo system, etc. If living in shared building maybe something outside your unit but happening in building
Suspect if techs have not found issue with equipment or outside plant, issue is environmentally...errors on line inside or outside picked up causing RG to reboot.

I am so sorry you are constantly having intermittent connection issues. I would be glad to look into this for you further and run some tests to see if we notice anything on our end. Since it is sporadic, my thoughts pointed out some things to definitely look for. I will be sending you a private message to get further information.
