Latency Issues

Latency Issues

Ping is all over the place. This just started today.

 

Ping and tracert both show fluctuating latency 22ms to over 250ms response times. No issues on my end.

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your latency problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm EST. This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media people that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right, in case they replied this way. Good luck Smiley Wink

It stayed like that most of the day, but it rained this evening and everything cooled way down. The issue resolved itself. I'm not going to say it's a line issue, but I'm going to see what happens tomorrow.

You might still have a problem as it shouldn't flutuate that much due to heat or whatever, so keep an eye on it and if it appears again, send that PM.  They'll get to the bottom of it. Smiley Wink
