For some reason my internet keeps going out multiple times a day. My modem is a 5168NV-110. I replaced the modem and I still have the issues. I have even disabled everything on the firewall and I still have the same issue. The 3 lights stay solid green as well. What am I doing wrong? The wired and wireless connection goes out. Thank you.

Thank you for all the information. There definitely seems to be something wrong on the line or it could be an overall distance issue. We will definitely continue to work with you to get this resolved.

Downgrade my internet to 768k please. I want stability. I hope that someday we can get faster speeds and we can keep the same modem since we got a new modem via UPS recently.

Something is seriously wrong with your pair between the RG and the VRAD. Let them send someone out to fix it.

Two things have me scratching my head here:
1) I don't recall any prior mention that AT&T was issuing PACE 5168NV to U-verse customers, I can see the 5031NV, but not the 5168.
2) The 5168NV is listed as both ADSL2+ and VDSL2, yet here again AT&T seems to lock them in one role or the other. Why?
