For the past 2 months our gateway losses its connection to AT&T. At first it happened once or twice every 3 to four hours. Now it happens every 10 to 30 minutes every day. (I lost connection again just now) When it happens we lose the service light on our modem that lasts between a couple of seconds to half an hour.
We've called technical support three times already. The first time we called they sent us a replacement modem, but the problem persisted.The second time we called they sent a technician over to look at the outside wiring but we still had the same problem afterwards. The third time we called they said that they might have to look inside and check the house wiring. The technician came but for some reason he just left us without saying anything to us.
Any help on how to fix this problem before I call technical support again would be greatly appreciated.

Let one of the team members work with you to resolve this. They can run tests, determine a best course of action, and see it thru to completion.
