I can't see how AT&T's buisness is going so well

Once a month,I need an IR Tech out here to "fix" the same thing that was supposedly "fixed" the month before ! Neverending wireless Gateway issues.Not so much a question,just need to vent .Haven't been around long,and maybe Not much longer !

IR tech works ob outside lines, generally have a uverse prem tech / wire tech (depends on location) dispatced for gateway issues.

So which gateway? Type of problem? Previous work done?
If vdsl RG can you download UVReatTime and post pics?

Understand need to vent, but for attempt at honestly trying to help need more info.

EVERYTHING has been done ! 2 IR Tech trips ,countless regular tech
trips.Good lines,drop,biscuit jack,modules,etc..I've asked for a
replacement modem 3 times now,each time,"We'll make sure the tech takes a
new (refurbished) one on your appt. Date." Nothing ! Latest call to ATT
,today,Demanded New modem or cut service.So,Supposedly Tomorrow yet Another
Appt. And another "modem," For Sure this time .AT&T Bites !!!!!

Which modem are we discussing, 510, 5031, 3600, 3800, 3801,i38hg?
What is the particular problem your having?
Squirrels chewing on the lines, mouse nest at box or bird nest if aerial, problem when it rains?
Why the need for so many RG swaps, distance issues? MDU wiring or interference?

If EVERYTHING has been done what are you hoping to be done?
