I am about to cancel

after being with u-vers for about  4 years I am getting tired of a computert answering my calls and directing me to where it wants

 

my phone went dead and so far I haven't been able to reach a live person with att all day - long   

 

the service gets worse tha longer i am with them - Tired of the far east answering - does att employee people in the us anymore?????

 

They fix a problem but they will raise your monthly charge in a minute

 

they have 24 hours to fix the problem which means they must answer the for amr send a tech out or loose a customer
