How long does it usually take to get a response to a private message?

Usually around a business day, sometimes up to a day more due to volume (especially following a weekend or holiday).

I've found that honey traps more flies than vinegar.  To each his own.

Wrong answer, the ruder you are the less likely anyone will help.  We're told at my company we don't have to put up with customers who get ugly and we've fired customers who do not treat our agents with respect.
