Try an unplug/plug in hard reboot of the RG for 30 seconds for a internet plan upgrade.  Then if it's a TV plan upgrade see if it's there, if not, do the same for the DVR.  Good luck Smiley Wink

Hi dcgodfrey,

Just wanted to check in on you to see if the upgrades were processed after the suggestions that mibrnsurg provided.

If you encounter any issues with your service or equipment, I recommend checking out our Troubleshoot & Resolve solutions to help diagnose the issue.

And if it's only an HD upgrade remember to set you receivers to HD.  Here is a document how to set it all up: http://www.att.com/media/en_US/swf/uverse_center/uverse/downloads/att_uverse_setup.pdf
