I recently signed up for at&t after finding out that comcast wouldnt run a tap to my house even though houses in my neighbohood have service.
Anyway, I was told the fastest service that I am eligible for is 18mbps.
I ran UV Realtime to get some stats, here is a screenshot.
Does that max eligible speed seem correct?

My name is Morgan, I'm one of the U-verse Community Specialists. If you'd like I'll be glad to assist you with the profile upgrade. 'My Thoughts' is correct about your line stats being eligible for the upgrade to the 32/5 profile. I'm going to send you a Private Message that will land in your inbox and we will move forward from there. Thank you!

Mythoughts and Morgancs,
Thanks for all of your help. I am up running at 24mbps now

Any chance I can get on a faster plan with these stats? I thought it was worth a try to ask. 18 Mbps is the max advertised speed at my address. I am willing to pay more.

Not with your line in its current condition, no. Your max user rate is 35,069, and it needs to be at least 40,000 to move up to the next communications profile (32/5) which is required to move up to the next Internet tier (24/3).
There may be something wrong with your line that could be corrected; perhaps there are newer cards available in your VRAD, but you may already be on the fastest card and the best your line can be.
Looks like UV Realtime works reasonably well with the 5268ac. How about that?

Thanks for the info I had to try. I'm new to DSL (coming from Mediacom cable in another town). I just moved and my options were Comcast or AT&T UVerse. I've heard horror stories about Comcast, so here I am!
