Expired rewards card


Expired rewards card

I received a rewards card and had the intent to use it for our Anniversary in August, while staying with my husband

in the hospital, I noticed that the card expired, I never activated it because we were going to use it in the future.

Call several people today, with no help, told they can't do anything. It was for the $200.00 reward.  Any help

out there? Is there anything I can do?  Thanks izs5

Contact ATT Customer Care here:

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your reward card problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm EST. This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media people that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right, in case they replied this way. Good luck :0

I didn't realize the card expired and I called today and was told because they no longer have that special going on they can't do anything for me. I contacted the form below...Did you try anything and get any results?
