I had previous version (2.9 I think..) working ok under iOS 6. It was buggy but it was within reason. Then I upgraded to iOS 7 and version 3.0.2 and it is garbage. Nothing works. App crashes within 10 secs. Every time. It is plain ridiculous that a major company like AT&T would create such buggy product. I am seriously considering switching to Time Warner.

I also have v. 3.0.2 and recently upgraded to iOS7, and it works just fine for me. If you haven't done so already, maybe try deleting and then reinstalling the app. If that fails, try calling TS (800-288-2020). If reasonable efforts by TS fail, then try contacting AT&T U-verse Care via Private Message. This is a group of technical experts who can escalate the solution of your problem when TS is unsuccessful. Include your contact information and the pertinent details of your problem, and then watch the little blue envelope at the upper right of your screen--they will usually reply within 1-2 business days. My wife has iOS 6 and the older version of the U-verse app on her iPad 3. It works great. She learned long ago to NEVER be among the early birds upgrading to a new Apple OS. It is always just inviting trouble to do so. At least that has been her previous experience....along with a lot of other folks, judging by everything we've read.

I have an IPad 4 using the app and it works fine. I suggest you do what suggested and uninstall and reinstall the app. You will really enjoy it.

app hasn't worked for me for months. I've tried everything I can think of but the app cannot find receivers or gateway.
I called tech support and they didn't even know the app I was calling about.
