Att and Directv take a long time to communicate when theres a billing issue. Keep the bills separated!! Tell your friends! Facebook and twitter your friends and family!! It is terrible how loyal customers get treated. I cant even do my work on the computer until the issues are resolved. I am a teacher who is unhappy with Att's lack of care and laziness and many disrespectful employees.
