Hello. In order to install and begin using a U-Verse, I paid a deposit. I am interested in what period of time the deposit is returned. Thank you.
U-verse doesn't charge deposits. If you have internet-only, you may have paid an advanced payment ($100). That would have been credited on the first bill.
If you have TV, you may have paid a $449 nonrefundable credit fee. IIRC, $249 of that is an install charge, which would have been on the first bill. The other $200 is paid back with a $5 discount on service each month.
