Hi, I am new customer to uVerse internet but long time ATT DSL client. Only had uV a short time and can't get connectivity on my computer even all lights are green and on on the modem. Can someone help or contact me to discuss, thanks, LCR

I apologize about the inconveniences about the difficulties with connecting, but I will be glad to assist. With your connection, are you trying to connected wired or wirelessly?
Also, what operating system are you using on your computer (Windows XP, 7, 8, or MAC)?
If you are connecting with a wire, you just want to make sure the cable is connected securely to the computer and our router in one of the yellow ports. Also, you may want to switch out the cable if you have a spare Ethernet cable.
If you are connecting wirelessly, try to connect to the wireless network. If you are not sure what it is, it should be on a sticker on the side of your router labeled (SSID). The Network Key/wireless password should also be there.
