Cap & Usage

Got my first full month bill, and that's correct.  HOWEVER, since there is a TOS that says we have a 1TB transfer limit, it would be nice(tm) if we could see our usage, OR be told on the MyATT site that we're not being monitored yet, and the CAP won't be enforced till we CAN see our usage.

Hmm... the usage site for VDSL2 users has a subtle change in the text:

 


We're unable to display your usage right now. We'll alert you via email whenever you're nearing your data plan limit. 

To learn more about how to manage your usage, please visit www.att.com/internet-usage.

It no longer says not to worry about your usage until the usage meter is working.

That's pretty much what the phone folks (including the GigaPower "specialists") said. 

 

I wonder what FCC or anyone else would say if you don't allow us to SEE the usage.

The same thing they've said for the past two years since the not-yet-enforced 250 GB cap was announced for U-verse HSI VDSL2 customers and there was no meter?
