I've been trying order a UVERSE 200 Bundle online but can't get help to finish the order.
I spent an hour going thru all the plans and signing up online, then I was sent an email my account was past due so I immediatley logged back in and paid it. Now I get an email every few days saying my account is still past due and I need to call a toll free number.
Today I called and was put on hold forever then I got a rep who put me on hold twice after I agve her my tempory order number. After holding 20 minutes the call dropped and she never called me back. Now I'm hold 31 minutes waiting for someone to pick up....bad bad bad!
