Cannot attach files to AT&T web email since Yahoo changed. Using Explorer on a Dell Vostro with Windows 7.

After selecting compose you should see a paperclip icon on the left side of the row with icons. Selecting the icon should bring up a view of your hard drive to select a file.

 

Another thing to try is to drag a file into the new email.

 

Advise on the detailed results of what I suggested.

Just checking up on your post. I noticed that Beebeesa and Apexron shared some great solutions to this issue. Were you able to attach files using their advice?
