Everytime I go into check rewards status it tells me that my zipcode does not go with my account. On my bill I use the account number and the zipcode where I live so why?
Thanks for posting. I really can't think of anything that would cause this discrepancy. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser entirely?
If that doesn't help, and you're having trouble claiming your rewards, please call our rewards center at 800.288.9983 (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday).
