Can I return a broken U-verse DVR to my AT&T store
My U-Verse DVR failed, and I was sent a replacement for self-installation. That went fine, but I was also told that I would be receiving a mailing label and instructions regarding how to send my failed DVR back to AT&T. I was told that if I failed to return the device, I would be charged.
Funny thing, the mailing label and instructions to return the failed DVR never came!!!
Can I just drop off the failed DVR at my local AT&T store and have them deal with it, so that I don't get billed?
