U-verse internet GUARANTEED pricing THROUGH 2014?.. Well, it's still 2013 and I just received a bill for double what I've been paying. I work during the "available service hours" and am unable to take time off to resolve this issue. Aparently I can't even cancel service without taking a sick day. Why the broken promises and limited means of contact? I'm at the end of my rope, here. Please help! - Beth

How long have you had service? 6 months or so? I would suspect some sort of promotion you had expired. You can log on to your account here: https://www.att.com/olam/loginAction.olamexecute and once logged in you can see your exisitng and expired promotions.
