Broken Promises: U-verse internet price doubled

U-verse internet GUARANTEED pricing THROUGH 2014?.. Well, it's still 2013 and I just received a bill for double what I've been paying. I work during the "available service hours" and am unable to take time off to resolve this issue.   Aparently I can't even cancel service without taking a sick day. Why the broken promises and limited means of contact? I'm at the end of my rope, here. Please help!  - Beth

How long have you had service?  6 months or so?  I would suspect some sort of promotion you had expired.  You can log on to your account here: https://www.att.com/olam/loginAction.olamexecute and once logged in you can see your exisitng and expired promotions.

 

You can also send a Private Message to the ATTU-verseCare Community Specialist team.  One of the specialists will respond to your PM shortly.  Please look for the flashing envelope at the top right of the page for your response from a team member.
