Billing Issue: help!

The tech who installed Uverse Internet and TV installed Uverse phone which i had NOt ordered. The tech apologized  and assured me that i could call and cancel. Which I did. I have been getting monthly bills for it and have talked to at least 5 different customer service people since August. Every time I am assured that the bill will be corrected and it  would not happen again. Until the next bill comes in with the Uverse phone charge on it. 

I don't know who to contact to have this resolved once and for all. I am so sorry I switched to Uverse!

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your billing problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm EST, response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right, in case they replied this way. Good luck Smiley Wink

I understand not wanting to have home phone service as part of your bundle promotion, but if you were put into a bundle promotion that includes phone, it would mean your price would be locked in for two years with a one year commitment rather than the one year price guarantee with same commitment. Just something to think about.
