Best way to determine U-verse options available for a given address?

I’m looking at houses in different areas around Texas and I would prefer to purchase a house that is serviced by AT&T U-Verse. Ideally, I want one that has Fibre optic run to the house.

Is there a good method to determine this as I look at the Real Estate (MLS) listings?

Happy U-verse customer.

Re: Best way to determine U-verse options available for a given address?

First input address into online order system to see if Uverse availability.
Next, if available, is tv service availability, yes...VDSL or FTTP.....no, adsl2+
Next check for best internet speeds, if 18 (Max Plus) then distance issue 1SD/3HD tv service.
If can order POWER (45/6) most likely bonded VDSL not FTTP.

Last home needs to be in newer housing, (ideally 2010 or newer, green community)
Suspect if has Fiber to the Premise this would be a selling point on listing.

These are my thoughts, hopefully others will share theirs.

no.  99.5% of population would have 0 clue what this is, inlcuding realtors.  MAYBE in a very very tech focused community (SV or similar) would something like that show up.
