Bad customer service
Set up a Uverse internet service move on dec 18 and got cancel one day . The reason was engineering problem. Been rescheduling four times and got cancel by the day before the scheduling date because of the same problem. Every time have to spent hours to find out what's going on but never had an answer. Was telling everything will be resolve by 2nd of January but still couldn't get the service till today. Went to store complaint and was telling that's nothing they can do about it till the next unpromising engineering problem resolve date which is on jan 17. Take more than a month still can't get the service ( called AT&T two week before I moved ) .

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the ATTU-verseCare Community Specialist team.  One of the specialists will respond to your PM shortly.  Please look for the flashing envelope at the top right of the page for your response from a team member.

 

Let them look into your issue and see if they can resolve it for you.

Was it UverseCare or CustomerCare?  Two different groups.  Usually UverseCare responds the same day.
