My u-verse android app shows 0 recorded, and 0 scheduled which is not the case.
I verifed online I can see the DVR data; so the DVR is communicating
Ipad app shows DVR data as well
I have tried rebooting DVR
uninstall/re-installing android app on my phone
Nothing I have tried has corrected the issue thus far.
Has anyone else seen this or have a solution/idea?
Have you tried deleting the app from your phone, downloading, and reinstalling it?
