I have had an issue since early January... I sent a private message to ATTcustomercare but still no one has read it...

yeah i sent a message to them on the 9th and it was read 2 days later and still no response here.

I sent a pm to ATT Customer Care department and the rep replied bit did nothing to assist. I have called all day long and each rep has told me so many different variations of what needs to happen with this billing issue. I was issued a credit and now it's being revoked and because of it my account has cancelled when it should have never been in the stayus it is. Please advise what should I do next before contacting legal representation?
