ATT claims my bank routing # is invalid (it isn't) and my credit card isn't a Master Card (it is).

ATT bill pay claims my bank routing # is invalid (it isn't) and my credit card isn't a Master Card (it is). I'm clueless about why. Anyone else having problems like these?

Cards We Accept

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • ATM debit cards -   STAR, Pulse, ACCEL, NYCE 
  • Credit/debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Network, JCB, Diners Club, AT&T Universal


 

I think you might try doing this during regular business hours, cause some time the system is wonky during weekends, late nites. Smiley Wink
