I was promised a 24 month promo and $100 rebate, but they gave me half of that. I was told by ATT that the sales rep was wrong and I can try for a new promo in 12 months! This is ridiculous! I guess they are better than Comcast at that.

I just signed up for Uverse! I have the document from the sales rep and a bill from ATT it is not what I agreed to. After calling customer service and being told that the sales rep was wrong and they will not honor what I agreed to buy. I guess I will run the 12 months and switch back. Thanks for wasting my valuable time ATT. I will make sure all my neighbors know.
