AT&T horrible customer service. Why call it a restoral amount and not get restored??!!??
I paid the restoral fee after 2 hours of the automated and online pay service being not available. Ok, I wait and see the good ole red blinking light for 2 hours, finally call tech support and they say it's a billing issue and oh ya they're not open til Monday, well part of me scrounging up enough money was to use my free time this weekend to look for a better job, I guess there was no reason to pay the restoral fee if ya can't get restored, right??!!?? Wthis wrong with you guys?? I paid the restoral amount, restore the service. Ok, if not, why can I talk to tech support cause in reality it should drop to them cause it is a red blinking light and I have no service, and they tell me too bad, ya gotta wait til Monday. It's complete Bull, don't tell me it's a restoral amount if I don't get restored. Can someone help me?? Call me at my number in file, the name is Jason Colby, please call and restore. Very close to just handing back this equipment I'm so sick of it. Sincerely, Jay
If your service is still suspended, I understand you would want it resolved as soon as possible, your best option might be to call customer service at 1-800-288-2020.
