AT&T customer service just admitted theyre stealing from me.

ive been paying for the max plus internet (18mbps) and only getting around 6mbps. i was doing an online chat, ended up talking to a manager. he said there was nothing he could do and admitted they are stealing from me. i said thanks for admitting it and he said "I guess we're just going to contrue stuff around." and ended the chat. then the feedback window opened as a white screen with a message saying the session had been terminated. what should i do from here? do i contact the bbb? [Edited to comply with Guidelines]i cant seem to contact at&t in any way... any advice?

     I would recommend that you send a Private Message to Community SupportATTCustomerCare is part of the AT&T customer service team, They may be able to resolve your Issue. You can expect a reply via return PM(Blue envelope top right of screen) between the hours of 7am-10pm CST Monday - Friday, should hear back within 2 to 3 business days.
