AT&T Universe

I called AT&T on Jan 9th 2014 to look into their new universe package with a promo for 12 months at $65.33 a month.(home phone and internet). I had the new service installed on Jan 13 2014. Technician was vary prompts and knowledgeable. Installation went good.On Feb 18 2014 I received a test message that my bill was over due &315.00(never received any billing in the mail). After getting the run around from three different customers service people I was able to get the help I needed. For some reason they removed my mailing billing and changed it to paperless which I did not authorize. I made a debit payment of 230.66 on Feb 18 2014. When I home that evening I found my internet and phone were out (phone line had a constant busy signal on it). I call the customer support line and a Service call was issued for Feb 20 2014. Service technician ran test for two hours and found that corporate had changed my land line phone number for no reason. Service technician did get my internet working, but the land line phone would have to be done the next day. Service Technician called me on Feb 20 2014 and told me that my phone number was now corrected to what it was before.

Reported the problem to the Better Buisness Burereu, and AT&T wanted to settle for $65.95 what a joke!!!

April bill still shows being over billed phone: $42.57 internet $53.81 suppose to be $65.33 each month.

     I would recommend that you send a Private Message to Community SupportATTCustomerCare is part of the AT&T customer service team, They may be able to resolve your Issue. You can expect a reply via return PM(Blue envelope top right of screen) between the hours of 7am-10pm CST Monday - Friday, should hear back within 2 to 3 business days.
