AT&T U Verse is wrong doing, The collection agent, sent me a collection notice.
First, AT&T Accounts Receivable Center sent me letter talking about my account balance due $175.60. I was surprise. I always payed my bill on time and make sure I paid the full amount or more. The bill for $175.60, its due day was 8/21/2013. I payed the bill at 8/9/2013. I payed to the Kiosk machine (No. 61, the location is in 425 Market St. AT&T Store, San Francisco) Because the machine can't give the change, so I payed $180.(I had the receipt) I want to know what is going on. At 9/16/2013 noon, I called the AT&T customer service. Mr. Sean answered me, he checked my account, and said I don't have any over due balance. Everything is fine. But 10/4/2013 the collection agent sent me the letter. What are MESS!! I have more about the AT&T mess billing experience. But I don't want to talk about now.

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to ATTCustomerCare is part of the AT&T customer service team, They may be able to resolve your Issue. You can expect a reply via return PM(Blue envelope top right of screen) between the hours of 7am-10pm CST Monday - Friday, should hear back within 2 to 3 business days.
