I have had Uverse for my TV and internet for a couple of years now and have been pretty satisfied. The only thing I wish I had was more HD streams. Currently I have the U450 package and the 18mbs internet. Currently I can only use 3HD/1SD however have heard of people having the ability for a 4HD/0SD setup. I have searched around these forums and have installed UV Realtime showing a recommended profile of 32/5. Is there a way for me to have a 4HD/0SD setup? What are the steps to get this done. The only reason I ask is I have 4 TV's on one wall for sporting events and would love to have that ability for a 4th HD stream. Thanks!

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the ATTU-verseCare Community Specialist team. One of the specialists will respond to your PM shortly. Please look for the flashing envelope at the top right of the page for your response from a team member.

I can help you change your profile if it meets the requirements. The 4HD/0SD can be issued as long as you have a 32/5 profile or meet requirements to upgrade you to a 32/5 profile and we are delivering service on a Fiber to the Node network type (FTTN). I have sent you a private message to gather some account information to verify if your setup meets these requirements and make any applicable changes.

Thanks for that info. I had the same set up and problem. I followed your advice and contacted AT&T Community Support. David T. responded a short while later, and after I provided the pertinant info.,
he set me up with 4 streams. I can't thank the both of you enough, especially after dealing with the
Philipine connection. They kept telling me I was too far from the Vrad, but I knew that was wrong as I'm only 1056' away. Whatever.
I'm happy, and thanks again to BeeBeeSA for steering me to David T. who knows his stuff!
