8 months I've been waiting for the $200 visa gift card....I've called three times, and was promised to have it emailed to me, then told i waited too long to claim it... but then promised to email again, then a few months ago promised that I wouldn't need the email, they would just send the card.. Still no card. Heard this from a number of people! Bait and switch? Since then, my bill has varied from 151 down to 142 up to 181 and now 191.. And I never even changed my plan.. Every time I called, i guess they were trying to 'help'. Beyond frustrated. PLEASE fix this massive problem with an otherwise great product.
Since this is account specific I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the AT&TCustomerCare customer service team. They will reply back with a PM (blue envelope in the top right of the page). Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time.
This would be the only group that would be able to assist at this point.
