Okay I did everything I been told to do and I still never gotten my 10 dollar reward card for going paperless. ...what am I doing wrong

When did you sing up for paperless billing? Have you received any confirmation emails? The reward should be processed in 90 days from an enrollment and can take up to 8 weeks to complete. One of our social media specialists can research it for you and make sure you're getting it on time.
