we have had 6 technicians over the past 4 days visit our home. still no home phone, tv or internet. we have spoken to 3 "supervisors". We are not only very upset. But ready to pull the plug.
Is there anyone else that we can call to help us? Is there contact for anyone else EXCEPT customer no-service?

Click the tab in my signature below that says AT&T Links, and on that signature panel there is a link that says AT&T Social Media Support Team. This will take you to a page with contact information for David, who is a tier 2 specialist. Follow the directions there to e-mail him, he will get to the bottom of the problem.

By all means take SJs suggestion. Make sure you get a credit once your services are restored.

I know what you are going through. All of this started for us about four weeks ago, and we still don't have all of our services.
