RG3801HGV as a bridge

Ok..so I have been messing around with this horrible piece of hardware for the past few hours.  I want to be able to use the RG as a modem only and let my other wireless router do everything else.

Here is what I have done so far:

1.  Wireless is off on the RG

2.  Buffalo router is connected from the wan port to port 1 on the RG

3.  The RG has the buffalo router set as a DMZ

4.  All settings are applied.

Problem:  When I plug my cat5 cable back into the back of the buffalo router, I do not get connectivity.  I am really at a loss here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Just  guessing here...Try hooking the LAN port of the buff to the RG.
