Please active my internet.!!!!!I really have no patience.

I called your service many and many times. Each time there was someone said that your internet should be active by xxxxxx, but until now it still is inactive.

 

I transfered my service from old address to my new address several weeks ago on January 27th. But I called several weeks before that day. The fact is that till now I still cannot use my internet!

Could you please be more efficient or you just cancel my total service so that I can use other company's internet?
