    Low signal strength on Uverse Internet

    Got Uverse Internet installed recently. The AT&T router is on one far side of my house.

    One of my laptops is in a bedroom at the opposite end of the house.

    The signal strength registers LOW. Downloading takes a long time

    Is there any way to increase the signal strength?

    ...without buying a new USB wireless card. I have a Dell Inspiron

            u  will need the passcode to get in the setting of the rg3800

            u can try setting it to 9 if it is on 2   maybe.

            ps  netstumbler is a good to tool to see what channel strenght is and what next door is on >>>  imho
