Bit Loading on New INID

They just installed a new buried drop with twisted pair and a new INID. The INID is being used with a single pair instead of bonding. Can someone tell what this bit loading screen shot means? The first spike at about 200 mhz?

Your bitloading is normal for an iNID installation with a single line.

iNID installations preferentially use a very low frequency range (40 - 138 kHz) for the upload spectrum.  This is done to increase service distance.  Normally, both lines of the pair-bonded installation use this range and combined together, they get around 1.5 Mbps of upload bandwidth.

Your installation can't get enough upload bits in that low range with only 1 line, so some additional upload bandwidth is allocated in the 4+ MHz range.
