I have had my U-Verse service for 4 months now and the only complaint I have so far is that for the last month it seems that off and on, recorded shows on the main DVR have significant audio delay. I've run it through several audio options, but can't figure out how to resolve this issue. Tried restarting the DVR and even the entire system from the modem/router back. Nothing seems to resolve the issue.
Real time playback is fine, no problems. Only issue is when playing back a recorded show.
Well, in our case, I usually cured the problem with a soft reboot of the DVR. But if that does not help in your case, then I agree with Goot. Contact TS at 866-465-1496 and see if you can persuade them to have a new DVR delivered.
The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other peoples' money.
