Not for getting to the router's configuration pages.  Those are only accessible from the LAN.

You can program the firewall to allow outside traffic to other devices on the LAN, however.

If you want to access a router behind the RG, that router will have to allow connections from it's WAN port also.

Re: 2wire 3600hgv outside access question ??

In general most consumer routers will not allow Windows networking (file and printer sharing) to go across the router from the LAN ports to the WAN port.  Those protocols typically don't work properly over NAT.

I would recommend that you place all computers connected to one router, either the 2Wire or your own router, and don't mix it with some computers connected to one and other computers connected to the other.

Re: 2wire 3600hgv outside access question ??

If you bring up the RG's configuration pages (http://192.168.1.254, or whatever your RG's IP address is) and go to Settings -> LAN -> Wireless, you can disable the wireless interface in there.

Take a look at this thread for an example of how to set up another router behind the RG using the DMZ.
