U-verse Internet not showing 1TB allowance, still at 600?

ATT said my allowance should be 1TB. My login account still shows 600gb. Anyone else notice this?

Same here, received the email and saw multiple articles on this, should be 1tb but shows 600gb in app

Yep. Mine still says 300gb. If I click add data usage, it says 1tb.

It may not update until your billing cycle ends.

Says 600GB for me also. Wonder if i will get charged if i go over 600GB even though it should be 1TB.

@GiantMidget   If you've had 2 over 600G warning months, I'd say yes if you go over this month if still in your July-Aug billing period.  1 TB would roll into your Aug-Sept billing period.

 

If no or 1 warning month, I'd say no. 😉

You would think ATT would respond by now..

 

but nope they are busy ripping people off ever since they enacted "allowance caps" for HOME internet.
